HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
Visit any participating LiveLife partner store and produce your SAHA card when making a purchase.
 
WHERE CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS?
At any participating LiveLife partner store.
 
WHEN ARE MY POINTS MADE AVAILABLE?
Points earned remain pending until the 1st of every month.
 
WHERE CAN I VIEW MY AVAILABLE POINTS BALANCE?
Login to your member profile and view your statment or visit any participating LiveLife partner store and request a "Balance Enquiry".
 
WHAT IS THE RAND VALUE OF A ONE POINT?
One (1) point equals one (1) Rand.
 
HOW MANY TIMES CAN I SWIPE MY CARD PER DAY?
Cardholders are eligible for a single swipe, per store, per day.
 
CAN I EXCHANGE MY POINTS FOR CASH?
No, points cannot be exchanged for cash.
 
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE LOST MY CARD OR IT WAS STOLEN?
Contact SAHA call centre on 011 268 1608 or E-mail info.sahockey.co.za. Your lost/stolen card will be cancelled and any points that were available on the lost / stolen card will be transferred to the new card.
(Card replacement fees may apply)
 
DOES MY CARD WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH OTHER LOYALTY CARDS?
No, it does not work with other loyalty cards.
 
CAN I USE MY CARD AT NON-LIVELIFE PARTNER STORES?
No, cards will only be accepted at participating LiveLife partner stores.
 
HOW WILL SAHA INFORM ME OF NEW PARTNERS, PROMOS, EVENTS, ETC?
Through sms campaigns, email newsletters and social media.
 
CAN MY CARD BE BLOCKED?
Yes. If we suspect that fraudulent activity is occurring on the card.
 
CAN I GIVE MY CARD TO A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER TO USE?
Yes, but we advise against it as the card holder will be held responsible for any fraudulent activity that occurs on the card.
